VI collects information from our users at several different points on our website, email or other communication applications by which you engage us to enable us to better inform you about our service, employment or contracting. By knowing your preferences, we can deliver relevant information that meets your needs and ensures that your visit to our site is quick, easy and productive. VI is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.

By submitting your personal data to (hereinafter VI) you automatically accept that Visions International LLC, independent language and intercultural coaches contracted with Visions International LLC, or any other corporate entity in the Visions International Group ( “VI group”) registers and stores said personal data for the specific purposes outlined below in this Privacy Policy. You also agree that your personal data may be transferred to and stored in another country. Please note that the reference to VI in this Privacy Policy covers all entities within the VI group of companies.

  1. Information about you

When you register for services or request information on our site, we will need to collect certain information about you such as your name, address, email address, gender, phone number and date of birth. We do not share personal information about you with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your request or services registration.

The personal information you provide when registering or requesting information is used to complete that registration or request. We will send updates, brochures or information on our new products and services or other marketing material to you, unless you have opted-out.

When answering emails, we will use return email addresses. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

If you wish to request information or services for or on behalf of a friend, family member or colleague, we will ask for the person’s name, email address, phone number and details required to complete your or their request. The information provided will only be used to provide information about our services, and it will not be shared with outside parties except to the extent required to fulfill the your or the person’s request.

The information you provide to assist with VI’s service delivery is only used for that purpose and it is only disclosed to the recipient.

VI may gather certain usage information from VI websites and communication applications, like the numbers and frequency of visitors to our web site. Such information may be provided to reputable third-party vendors. The data is only used on the aggregate and does not include any personally identifying information.

For the protection of children’s privacy, we require parental consent from users under the age of 18 who wish to make a registration for services.

Moreover, it is important to be aware that this policy only applies to VI and not to independent language and intercultural coaches, or other companies or organizations web sites to which we may link.
